And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write. Then I heard a voice from heaven, saying, "Seal up what the seven thunders said, and do not write it down!"
Revelation 10:4
The Bible is not "every word of God." When the seven thunders spoke to John on the Isle of Patmos a voice from heaven told John not to write down what they said.
Why would God send words to the ears of John and not want him to pass those words on? For whatever reason the seven thunders spoke words that were for John's ears only.
One of the marks of a truly good friend is that sometimes you will be told not to tell anyone what you just heard.
I believe that still happens in our relationship with God. It comes with spiritual maturity. In your communion with God a great new understanding comes to light and when you try to share it with someone else they look at you like you have lost your mind.
It would be like walking up to a stranger on the street and using the same vocabulary that you use with your wife. Not a good idea for sure.
Stop trying to use your time with Jesus to get something to share with others and drink in the relationship He is wanting you to enjoy with Him!
Keep the "Words of the Seven Thunders" in your heart where they belong.
